Primary effects
- Promotes wakefulness and fights off fatigue and sleepiness without significant recreational effects.
Peak character
- Functional and entirely free of drowsiness, not particularly stimulating but simply removing tiredness.
Negatives / side effects
- Taking it in the afternoon can lead to significant insomnia and subsequent increased fatigue the following day.
Aftereffects / comedown
- Can cause rebound fatigue and drowsiness if taken too late in the day, disrupting normal sleep patterns.
