- A sense of being pleasantly high, characterized by strong sexual arousal and lack of appetite.
Negatives / side effects
- Can overwhelm users with strong cravings and psychological side effects, especially compared to weaker stimulants.
- High risk of paranoia, anxiety states, and drug-induced psychosis.
- Overdosing makes it extremely difficult to stop redosing, even when psychotic symptoms emerge.
- The physical effects at higher doses are often described as very unpleasant.
Aftereffects / comedown
- The experience is very 'moreish', leading to strong urges to redose even after reaching a high plateau.
- Combining with cannabis can prolong and intensify the experience, leading to a 'zombified bliss' state, potentially aiding a gentler comedown.
- Requires benzodiazepines like etizolam for sleep on the night of use.
- Next-day effects include feeling dazed but generally functional, with anticipated downer effects in the following days.
