Experience

Primary effects

  • MPA is a functional stimulant, causing general stimulation with a minor edge.
  • Higher doses can produce a euphoric lift, though it may not feel natural or smooth.

Peak character

  • At typical doses, users feel stimulated and recognize they are under the influence of a chemical.
  • Combinations with empathogens can induce strong euphoria, horniness, and empathy, sometimes approaching the intensity of amphetamine.

Negatives / side effects

  • Excessive dosing, especially with sleep deprivation, can lead to psychosis, including terrifying hallucinations like the 'shadow people'.

Adulterant detection: Methiopropamine — thiophene-based stimulant. Mecke is particularly useful for thiophene-containing compounds.

Mecke is helpful for thiophene ring detection alongside standard stimulant reagents.
