Negatives / side effects

Insufflation causes stinging, watering eyes, and a chemical burn sensation.
Elevated blood pressure and heart rate, though within moderate limits.
Nasal discomfort, foul taste, and a runny nose.

Aftereffects / comedown

Lingering head buzz and tingling in face/arms during the comedown.
Disturbed sleep due to the stimulant effects.
Nasal discomfort persists into the next day.
