Experience

Primary effects

  • Causes mild to intense psychedelic effects with visual blurring/sheen, but no significant distortion or movement.
  • Induces significant physical sensations including warmth, body tingles, and enhanced tactile sensitivity, potentially accentuating sexual experiences.
  • Presents with mild anxiolytic properties and can produce an empathogenic edge.

Peak character

  • A hazy, drifting but intense head buzz, often lacking the intellectual depth of lysergamides.
  • The experience is very physical, with almost constant tingles and a persistent head haze.
  • One can remain functional but hiding the psychedelic state from others becomes difficult; communication with third parties may be challenging.

Negatives / side effects

  • May produce some body strain, though not necessarily excessive.
  • Effects are considerably diluted if mixed with water; recommended to be taken in a gel cap or bomb with an acid-based drink.
  • Dose effects are highly variable; some experience intensity at low doses while others feel very little.

Aftereffects / comedown

  • Can lead to mental fatigue and a lingering psychedelic stimulation/edge the following day.
  • The experience is significantly long, potentially writing off an entire day, though mood often remains elevated and relaxed.
  • Mild closed-eye visuals (CEVs) can persist into the night, even after the main effects have subsided.
