Primary effects
- Mild calming and sedating effects, with subtle euphoria and aphrodisiac qualities reported.
- Smoking blue lotus provides more pronounced relaxation and anxiolytic effects, with an instant onset.
Peak character
- A relaxing and anxiolytic feel, without significant intoxication.
- Subtle headiness and sedation for pink lotus.
Negatives / side effects
- Psychedelic effects are not evident.
- Red lily may be too weak to distinguish effects from general tiredness.

- Blue lotus, when smoked, does not cause lingering intoxication or a hangover.
