Experience

Primary effects

  • Profound perceptual shifts, including visual distortions of shapes, patterns, and materials, and altered spatial perception like the "dollhouse effect" where exteriors appear as interiors.
  • Causes a temporary but profound shift in perception, influencing worldview positively and intimately connecting with the outdoors and nature.
  • Delicate excitation of senses beyond vision, accompanied by an aura of headspace.

Peak character

  • A state of wonderment at visuals and sensory excitation, with a gentle, non-threatening, and pleasant mood.

Negatives / side effects

  • Panic upon onset, especially if the timing or dosage is misjudged.

Aftereffects / comedown

  • Leaves a long-term, profound, and positive impression on one's worldview.

EhrlichPurple/violet

MarquisPurple/black (slow)

Adulterant detection: CRITICAL: Any blotter that does NOT turn purple with Ehrlich is not LSD — it may be an NBOMe compound. NBOMe compounds are active at similar doses to LSD but are far more dangerous. Marquis going orange/brown suggests phenethylamine (25x-NBOMe family).

The Ehrlich test is the single most important harm-reduction test for blotter. Always test before use. A bitter taste on a blotter tab is also a warning sign of NBOMe compounds (LSD is essentially tasteless).
