- Commonly used to aid sleep and combat insomnia.
Peak character
- Helps induce sleep, but sleep cycles may feel distinct, leading to conscious awakenings between them.
Negatives / side effects
- Functions as an MAOI, requiring thorough research and caution when used with any other compounds or botanicals.
- Advised to abstain from other drug use for at least a few days before and after its use.
- May result in rough or unsatisfying sleep and dreams.

Adulterant detection: Passiflora incarnata — chrysin/harmane alkaloids. No standard drug reagent test.
