Adulterant detection: Ibogaine is the primary alkaloid. Ehrlich confirms indole alkaloid presence. Very high cardiac risk — accurate dosing is critical; any adulteration is dangerous.
CRITICAL SAFETY: Ibogaine has a very narrow therapeutic window and significant cardiac risk. Reagent testing is important but should be part of a comprehensive safety approach including medical supervision.
