Primary effects

  • Induces a sedated headspace, causing dreamy drifting and difficulty maintaining focus.
  • Creates a sense of physical insentience, numbness, and analgesia with occasional tactile sensations.
  • Reality becomes weird, accompanied by a feeling of warmth, comfort, and a mellow headiness.

Peak character

  • Characterized by strong disconnection and a floating sensation.
  • Mind can easily navigate to relaxing realms; a sense of wonder is present.
  • Ability to focus on a subject and fall into it, then emerge back into self-awareness, allowing for control over the experience.

Negatives / side effects

  • High doses are reported to be associated with seizures; exercise extreme caution.
  • Can cause significant blood pressure elevation; monitor carefully.
  • Unpredictability and inconsistency have been noted, requiring a cautious approach to dosing. Deaths have been associated with its use.

Aftereffects / comedown

  • Lingering numbness, headiness, and body analgesia continue as a gentle, floating pleasure.
  • Can experience chilliness, cold/clammy hands, and vasoconstriction.
  • May lead to vivid, immersive dreams or nightmares if taken close to sleep, extending and intensifying dream content.
